Heading into Macau for the final round of the 2026 WTCR championship it was a 2 horse race between Lynk & Co team mates. At the penultimate round in Zhuzhou Lynk & Co Cyan Racing secured its third consecutive FIA TCR World Tour teams’ title. It also meant that the Drivers title would be an internal team battle. Yann Ehrlacher withheld the pressure to take the a controlled podium in Macau race 1 and with it his third TCR World title. For Team mate Thed Björk it was the runner up spot for the 2nd year in a row after another very strong season. For the Lynk & Co 03 TCR its an astounding 9th world championship title in 7 years.
