  • Job Role: Machinist (CNC & Manual)
  • Info: EY3 is a small agile engineering company, specialising in the design and manufacture of winning Motorsport competition vehicles. The machine shop supports our Motorsport programs, as well as manufacturing parts for a wide variety of other industries. We are looking for an experienced Machinist to join the team and increase our capacity and capabilities.
  • The successful candidate will have:
    • The ability to machine parts to a high standard in Aluminium, Stainless and Mild Steel, using both manual and CNC machines.
    • Can program and set CNC machines, both turning and milling. Ideally with experience of Fanuc and Haas controls, plus Fusion 360 software.
    • Toolmaking or similar experience would be a big benefit.
    • Work to tight tolerances and motivated to achieving a high level of quality whist ensuring delivery schedules are met.
    • We require a self-starter, who can read and work from detailed technical drawings and CAD models and can safely operate manual and CNC machinery.
    • Previous work in the motor sport, food industry, automotive or aerospace sectors is a benefit, as the company customer base is diverse.
    • Be prepared to work extra hours (paid) to meet delivery deadlines if required.
    • Ideally with at least 5 years machine shop experience.
