Cyan Racing hit the ground running the 2025 TCR World tour championship. The first race of the season took place in Mexico, with the altitude causing some headaches down the pitlane. But no such issues for the blue cars, all 4 of which qualified in the top 7 and made good starts to lock out the podium in Race 1. Yann Ehrlacher had looked the fastest and took the win on track, but a 2 place penalty post race for track limits meant it was Thed Björk who ended up with the win and Santiago Urrutia in 2nd. There were more podiums for those 3 in races 2 & 3. Meanwhile team mate Ma Qing Hua was the picture of consistency coming home 6th in all 3 races.
The drivers title race is tight a this stage with all 4 drivers in the top 6 places. Whilst Lynk & Co Cyan Racing already have a good lead in the Teams standings.
